How Old Is The Universe? The Lord Reveals
A lot of misconceptions came around the beginning of the scientific and the information ages; one of them is, how old the universe is. It is believed that the Universe, is about 4 Billion years old, whereas that is never true-it is not true.
Now, this may be ”exclusively’’ true, to the timing systems of the men who formed it.
Yes-it will only be ‘‘exclusive’’ to them. However, because God doesn’t use human systems, and uses His special timing systems, this is not true-that the beautiful universe is that much old.
From the Spirit’s perspective, which is properly based upon God’s perfect time table, timing systems or calendar systems, the universe is not that much old.
The problem is, are we going to believe in God’s own, or on man’s own?
Besides, ‘‘God’’ here could mean different things to different people, depending on the deity or who they worship.
This differently explains why, even the different religions do have different timing systems or different time tables. For instance, the Jewish Calendar is quite different from the Islamic or the Gregorian Calendars, (which is mostly used by scientists or the civil states, now.)
Hence, not every one is going to believe in what you’re saying, which is by where they stand.
For instance, for the scientific world, which mostly doesn’t believe in God’s existence (but by Chance), will date the beginning of the universe, to that assumed time Charles Darwin assumed or believed the Big Bang, might have begun. Why? This is because, they don’t believe in God, but only in Science!
Now, Science can be right or wrong even upon several investigations.
Meanwhile, what do you think those other religions will sip in, or will believe? Of course-they will drink in the accounts provided by their ‘‘Holy Books,’’ which are averagely centred on creationism, orchestrated by a divine being of course, with each one’s religion painting it in a different way, while they believe it is according to how their ‘‘God’’ did it. Though I am not compelling anyone to believe, I believe (even per revelations scattered here upon this website), that the Christian God is the right One, having the right facts under His sleeves.
However, the Christian God is dated back to the Jewish worship, where per the Jewish Calendar, the earth, or in short, the Universe, even per the creation account, is nowhere near a billion years or a million years.
It Is Just A Few Thousands Of Years Old. Okay-so the Jewish Calendar is about 5781 luni-solar year. First of all, the calculation was said to have started from the creation of the world-which is based on the creation story of the Bible, where man was created and was added to the whole heavenly and earthly ‘‘production’’ activities going. In that creation moment, man was then ‘‘produced’’ on the sixth day, according to the scripture. Tracking everything down from that time, will be about 5000 and ‘something’ years, when we use the calendars of God.
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters…
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Gen. 1:1 and 2; 26-28 NIV
We understand that, one may say that the Jews do not believe in Christ, so how come do we want to use the Jewish Calendar or calculations? First and foremost, the Jewish Calendar was not produced by the Jews. In fact, the whole system for calculating, was even provided by God, to the children of Israel; neither has God His time table, or order.
In fact, from the first Chapter of the book of Matthew as well as, in Genesis Chapter 5 right through 6, God had allowed them to provide a chronological order to help the world with the calculations of the timings.
So, you will notice that it will still not change much, if we (Christians) would have to do the calculations by ourselves. Yeah, it would still fall on five-hundred and something else, either a bit more or a bit less, when adopting or keeping God’s unchangeable calendar. So, it would still have to fall on 5000 and something years, like just around the times the Jews have found, if not almost the same. Hey, why not try calculating it? What did you think?
We have the earth looking so old, because some men’s heart are bent in destroying it!
